Memories

I retrieved this from my mom, Linda's blog....here is a fun little game...Leave a comment on my blog of a memory that you and I have had together. It doesn't matter if you've known me for a short time or a long time--anything you can remember! Next re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory of you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you....Don't be shy, this will be fun!

I shall never forget our weekend at Disneyland and you and I in the gondola on the ferris wheel. That was awesome. I sure love you.

I remember how usually when we came out to Nevada to visit you guys, you were the primary secretary, so you were always making spreadsheets and stuff on the computer.

I will never forget the time you and I and Joice and Jennifer Jolley went to see Olivia Newton John in concert at the U of U. We had such a good time! I have many, many wonderful memories of you and would love to list them all but I am at work and it just wouldn't be right(I'm on break right now!)
I love you. Thanks for the memories!

I remember all the times you would drive me past the houses of boys I liked. That was always enjoyable. I also remember you going to see Hootie and the Blowfish with me when you were pregnant with Savannah and you had to go to the bathroom in the worst way and I kept saying "NO, they might sing a good song!"
Let's not forget the time we went on that stratosphere ride and we were both extremely terrified. As soon as we shot up in the air you started screaming in a deep manly voice. I don't even remember the ride, just you and that scream.

It's funny, cuz the memory is of Golden Spoon. (That's the only time I've hung out with you in person.) I do feel like I know a little bit about you from this blog, though! You're super funny!

The memory I'll contribute is from those awkward tween years - I'd asked Anne Smith to come over to my house after school, and she called to ask if you could come too. She was afraid that if she came without you, HiDee would 'take you away'.

I remember Mrs. Bodily admitting that you were teacher's pet. I also remember reading that year's valentines with you and trying to figure out which one Gabe (the one that peed his pants) sent each of us.

I remember going to a movie (a late night one) with you and Kim Jones. I think it was one of the Lord of the Rings movies. I remember being surprised that you both liked that type show like I do. I didn't know Kim well at the time and I really had a lot of fun with both of you. Of course there's the time recently when you, me, Natalie and Eliza got pedicures, and the time Dave "hired" you to be the caterer for my surprise birthday party, and..... It seems every memory I have of you is a good one.

I'm so glad to have reconnected with you so we can make some more memories.

I remember when we were dating and you did the 12 days of Christmas for me. You didn't tell me were doing it but I knew it was you, of course. You came by one night to drop off day 7 or something and you slipped on the ice running away so you wouldn't be discovered. Good thing you were wearing your enormous coat, which I affectionately named "poof" so your injuries were quite minor.
